When did we start ignoring our intuition?

When it comes to natural health, for me it means looking after our bodies in the way that we were designed to – ie. feeding ourselves the right nutrients, eating as best we can in line with the seasons, only living with stress in key moments (not having a continual drip feed of it), focussing on family, connection and togetherness (proven to be key for our physical and mental wellbeing).

When we work in line with our intuition, when we truly listen to what we need and we go back to the basics, this is when I feel we have the most success with our well-being.

And yet today, we seem to live in a place where we often eat from a factory so our food has minimal nutritional value; we are fed a continual loop of stress from our busy lives, our phones, the news. And when it all goes wrong we feel that the answer lies in a magical pill given to us by a pharmaceutical company.

When did we get so out of touch with what we need for ourselves? How did we drift so far from our natural way of being?

I truly feel that if you want to fix a health problem, tackling your wellness from a natural perspective is the way forward. There are many awesome practitioners out there, but if you did decide to work with me then I like to –

– Understand what is at the root cause of why you are feeling the way you are now.
– Encourage you to remove the things from your life/environment/diet/way of being that are making it worse.
– Find out what your body needs to nourish it back to full health so your body has all the tools it needs to get itself better.

The key element to all of this is that you are MEANT to be well. Your body is designed to heal itself and thus if you give it all the right tools, it then becomes capable of doing just that.

If you’re sick of being sick and would like to work with me then I would love to hear from you.
