I once was really shocked when a lady told me she couldn’t bear to change her diet for just 4 weeks to get rid of a bunch of symptoms for (potentially) the rest of her life.
But do you know, reflecting back on it years later I do get it. Because making change is hard. Especially when you’re used to being poorly, used to being stuck and used to running your life how you run it.
The thing is, SO many illnesses come about as a result of our lifestyles which means they can be reversed if we change our lifestyles. But that in itself means work. Possibly HARD work.
But it can be done; and I think this is the part that a lot of people have forgotten about health – it is in your hands and you have the capacity and the power to change it. When you’re ready to.
So, can you commit to it? Are you feeling rough enough that you’re ready to step up? How far is this going to have to get for you before you’ve reached rock bottom and feel forced to make a change?
Your life is for living. And when you’re ready, I want to help you to get it back.
